THE BIGHORN CENTER FOR PUBLIC POLICY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMRelated LinksThe Bighorn Center for Public Policy firmly believes that "leadership is a process, not just a position." The goal of Bighorn is to improve the quality of life for Colorado's residents, and yet so much of the state's future depends on the quality of Colorado's leadership. There must be avenues available for individuals wishing to enhance their own leadership skills, as well as gain knowledge about issues facing their own community and state. Below is a listing of current leadership programs in Colorado. POLITICAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMSTHE COLORADO REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (RLP): The RLP provides emerging leaders in Colorado with an in-depth analysis and a full understanding of important and timely public policy issues.
